Good Morning Everyone!
As promised I am back to share with you what it was that I did to kick start my health and fitness! Like I said previously I had just had a baby and knew that she was the last baby for us! I had no excuse not to get healthy anymore, in fact I had FOUR very important reasons to get healthy! I was doing this for me, first and for most however I wanted to give my husband back the woman he fell in love with. My kids deserves a mom that can run after them, and keep up with their energetic selves. I owe this to myself, and to my family!
My sister in law had been talking with me prior to delivery about this stuff called Shakeology. I took interest in it after seeing her results and became curious if it could do the same for me. It took me a few months to commit to purchasing my first bag of Shakeology. It was a lot of money to spend as we are a single income family, but wasn't I worth it? Isn't my health worth any cost, I thought I was! In December I went a head and ordered, when it arrived I was so excited of the possibilities that this product could have for me. I drank if for 30 days and in cooperated the workout program called Turbo Fire by Chalene Johnson (also a Beachbody product). In 30 days I lost 10lbs, and felt amazing!! I felt more energized, I slept better, I had the energy I needed to push through each of my workouts. The best part of it all is that I could SEE the change, and so could everyone else around me. Having someone tell you they notice your hard work just pushes you to dig deeper and keep going.
Along with starting my venture with Beachbody products I started a health and fitness group on Facebook. It started off as a place for my friends and family to go and vent their own struggles with weight loss and being healthy. I now have over 100 members in it and I strive to keep each and everyone of them motivated to achieve their goals whatever that may be. My biggest issue when working on my goals was the lack of support I had. If I felt like someone didn't understand my struggle enough to keep pushing me and remind me why I started then I would have no reason to keep going. Each and everyone of you need a WHY-- your WHY will be what keeps you going! Your WHY should be so big that it scares you!
